Jenny LSQ of SiriusXM Loves to Juice

There are so many famous people that like to juice. I just heard that Jenny LSQ of SiriusXM loves to juice. She likes to run apples and pears through her Cuisinart juicer every morning.

To me, that sounds like a good morning drink. What about having a little protein with it? To me, protein should be with every breakfast meal. It doesn’t sound healthy to skip out on protein.

If you are trying to lose weight, then a little protein in the AM is very important. I am not sure where Jenny got her juicer, but you can find great Juicer Reviews online. The key is to read a lot of them, and do your research.

I am sure Jenny did that, as she is extremely intelligent and witty. Her show on SiriusXM is a real hit, and most everyone I talk to enjoy her on the channel. Not sure about Josiah, hopefully he likes to juice.

It is amazing that people only think about fat people when they think about people eating right to lose weight or eating high fiber foods or high protein foods. Not just fat people think about being fit, it is the fit ones as well that think about it. It is the fit people and the people that are doing well in the health area that seem like they are counting every morsel of food and drink to remain that way.

Often times people do not think to much about what they eat or drink, but it is very important to. I have even told people to just write down for one day everything they eat or drink. And then the following day read it, and imagine all the food that went into their bodies just the day before. There is always something that they ate, that they can not eat the following day. Those are calories they are missing.

I had no idea that having apple juice while on a diabetic diet is such a bad idea. I thought it was ok, because of the fiber. Apples have alot of fiber in them. But on the other side of that coin apples also have alot of sugar. And it is even worse in concentrated form. Because many manufacturers add more sugar in concentrated form. So, I have been told now to either limit the intake of apple juice or stop drinking it at all.

I am thinking that fresh apple juice will be better if I juice it. But finding the nutritional factors of food in juice form is so hard. And many doctors do not recommend that you do any type of juicing. Because often times people replace their meals with the juice. Which is actually one of the worst ideas ever thought up. I am not sure why people do this, but it is not recommended at all.
