The Latest Forum Discussion Topics: Do You Ever Read Your Child's emails? |
It doesn't take very long after starting a MySpace account for various groups and other MySpace members to begin contacting you. The emails below are requests to join groups or attend events from other MySpace members received shortly after the creation of an account:
The important thing to remember is that these emails come through MySpace. We have covered how the identification information for MySpace accounts is not verified so there is no way of telling the actual age of the MySpace account holder receiving these invitations. Parents, we hope you find this web site helpful and informative. Remember to bookmark it or send it to a friend through the links at the top of the page. There is a lot more to know out there concerning your child's safety when it comes to MySpace and the Internet.
